Documents Needed to Register a Student New to the Clark County School District:

1) Valid driver's license or photo ID.
2) Certified birth certificate or passport.
3) Up to date immunization records (including Hepatitis A).
4) One proof of residency -Such as recent utility bill (water, power, sewer, or gas ONLY!) or rent receipt or residence lease or sales contract.
